Matt Nettleton was born in Pittsburgh and is a native of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
As a young man, Matt learned by accident that "sales" was in his blood. Selling Kirby vacuum cleaners in the summer of 1986, Matt won the Liberty Division scholarship as the Top Salesman in a three state area.
After studying Economics at Columbia University in the City of New York, Matt was hired by Coca Cola USA. Over the next 5 years, Matt was promoted 6 times eventually creating marketing plans for small local market restaurants and moving up to large national chain restaurants.
In 1997 Matt joined the Century 21 system. While at Century 21, Matt sold more than $50,000,000 of residential real estate. During his six year tenure, he earned the Centurion Award in 1998, 1999, 2001 & 2002 which is given to agents ranked in the top 2% world wide in the Century 21 system.
Matt's experiences working inside a Fortune 100 company and as a Realtor, allowed him to discover his true passion - working with individuals who are personally involved with and personally driven by sales success. This passion led Matt to pursue a more personal sales position.
In 2003 Matt joined the Sandler Training Network. Matt quickly established himself as a somewhat unique talent. Matt worked as a sales and sales management trainer with clients in various industries from across the country. Matt has been hired as a keynote speaker for national and regional training conferences and has been published in a variety of publications including The Indianapolis Business Journal, Money Magazine, Business Week, The Indianapolis Star and online for Inside Indiana Business.
In May 2009, Matt is excited to return to his grass roots and true passion - hands on sales training and leadership development. In rejoining the Sandler Training network as an Associate at Trustpointe, Matt returns to helping small and medium sized sales forces establish proven processes, create positive sales cultures, and grow revenue rapidly regardless of macroeconomic forces.
Matt is an avid sports fan and has coached more than 30 different youth teams including soccer, football, baseball, and basketball. Constantly struggling to maintain balance between family and career, Matt enjoys being married to his wife Jessica and parenting their three children. Currently living in Fishers, Indiana, Matt and his family are active in St. Louis DeMontfort Catholic Church, youth sports organizations and their local community.

Trustpointe has had a tremendous impact on our group. Our revenues have increased because of the assistance and coaching he has provided to us. Morale within the group has improved. Our group members no longer view sales as a threatening proposition, nor do they feel ill equipped to sell. They are confident when they sell and approach it methodically. The results speak for themselves.
