Tim Roberts is the president of Trustpointe, an award-winning franchise of Sandler Training, Entrepreneur Magazine's #1 rated training organization.

A highly trained and well disciplined sales professional, Tim has been a salesman for thirty years, eleven as a Sandler trainer.  He now spends eleven hours a day, five days a week with salespeople. "We spend so much time with salespeople, we can tell you who's naughty and nice pretty quick!"

With certifications in Sales, Marketing and Behavior, Tim has fully equipped himself to serve clients with advanced training in Gestalt psychotherapy and training in Performance Kinesiology.  He has often said, "If it weren't for head trash we wouldn't be in business."

Tim is a highly sought after public speaker noted for his blunt challenges, humor and engaging, passionate stories on man's common acceptance of mediocrity.  Said one participant, "When you're in a session with Tim Roberts, you got to hold onto your hat!"

A life-long resident of Indianapolis, he is a Cathedral High School and Xavier University graduate. He is married to Katie (Drew) Roberts and they have three children, Patrick (Purdue), Kevin (Notre Dame) and Kyle (Cathedral).

Tim has been active in the community serving on the Marion County Judicial Nomination Commission, The Indiana State Psychology Board and The Indiana Commission on Judicial Qualifications and Indiana Judicial Nomination Commission.
